Nicholas Ross

Throughout his career Nick has appointed CEO’s and established leadership teams for early-stage life science companies established in the US, UK and Europe. Typically supporting the investment community in putting personal in place to establish patient and investment goals.

Nick’s typical assignments are for Chair, NED, CEO, CFO and CCO on behalf of companies at the forefront of innovation within life sciences.

With a deep understanding of effective and successful organisational structures through Nick's career he has partnered and guided C-suite leaders in building effective structures for company cultures and ambitions.

Stephanie Murtagh

An award winning leader, Stephanie has a track record in launching, growing and turning around businesses.

She is a highly experienced recruitment professional with over 20 years’ experience, and is heavily involved with the international investment community, partnering with those at the cutting edge of Life Science to achieve their goals.

In 2010 she initiated and led the start-up of publicly listed recruitment group’s Life Science Practice from concept, establishing and positioning the brand as a market leader.

Throughout her career, she has led global delivery teams to successfully build and grow organisations, placing life science professionals in 50+ countries in all continents across leading global pharma, biotech, CRO’s and medical technology businesses.

Stephanie feels privileged to be able to positively impact the ecosystem through the ongoing success of her work.

She Co-founded Cavenagh Health in 2020, a leading life science specialised search firm to introduce the inspiring leaders and visionary experts that help organisations to realise milestones, empower innovation, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
